Name confusion

I started to fill dependent form VAF10 and stuck on very first point.

1.1 Given name(s) as shown in your passport)

Can any body please confirm whether its just first name or full name including surname. As my name is Fraz Ahmed.

Ahmed is my surname and first name Fraz.

So what should i write in 1.1 and 1.2.

Please help. Thanks.

Faraz
you should fill it the same as it is in passport.

Your passport will have given names and surname field. So fill the application the same way as it is in Passport. this is one hassle less for you in your application
Faraz is your given name and ahmed is your surname.

But verify with your passport.
