ILR Salary requirement

Post by Rubz » Tue May 21, 2024 8:18 am

Hey everyone I’m after some help please.

My relatives have come to the UK on a COS visa in June 2023 as a care worker on category code 6145. Wife being main applicant and husband the dependant.

She started work August 2023 no more than 20 hours a week and some weeks less than this.

Will they be eligible to apply for indefinite leave to remain in 2028 when their 5 years come to an end?

I’ve tried to search online the salary requirement checks Home Office complete however not found much information.

Does she need to provide evidence to Home Office of her 5 year employment history? I.e. her payslips / bank statements / p60 for the full 5 years?

If not how do they complete the salary requirement checks please?

Thanks

Based on the current policy, you just need the latest payslip and bank statement (one month), P60 not needed. Maybe a little bit different if self-employed

Again, IlR requirements can be changed in 2028
