I am going to apply PSNI report but there is no subtitle to select under the supporting document online. Where doesn’t it attach? Thanks a lot.

It doesn’t matter - Proof of Residency is as good as any. What is important is that you name the file something like ‘<applicant name> PSNI report as requested’ and you describe it in the free form field in a similar way.
