ILR application for refugee- previous student

Post by Na1234 » Sat Jun 08, 2024 3:15 pm

Hello. I came to the UK as a student in 2015. I claimed asylum in 2018, and was granted in 2019.
I now have to apply for my ILR.
There is a question : When did you first enter the UK?
Does that mean when I came as a student? or when I claimed asylum?

Another question says have I spent more than 90 days outside of the UK since living here? Again, does that mean since my student visa or my asylum?

Thanks so much!

Thanks so much. Just one more questions:
for the first entry question: it says:
"When did you first arrive in the UK?
Provide the date you entered the UK for the stay you are basing this application on"
[/u]
also, if they want my travel dates since 2015, I cannot provide that since they have my original passport, since they gave me the travel document 5 years ago.

Thanks!

Provide an approximate date and explain in cover note the date is on your passport held by HO
OR
Provide date you started refugee route and explain you were already in UK around an approximate date ( HO knows or has such details already)
