Share code without BRP as Visa issued for 6 months or less

I do not have a BRP as my visa was issued for 6 months or less. An employer has asked for a share code to prove my right to work, but I do not have a BRP to generate one. I am unable to create an account for the eVisa as the ID check app would not recognise my passport issued from India without NFC technology. What should I do?

Skilled worker dependent (main applicant visa expires in less than 6 months, so visa was issued for until the main applicant visa expires).
