ILR - Tier2/Skilled Worker Visa Route

Hi,

I have had a mixture of Tier 2/Skilled Worker Visas since August 2019.
Each time I renewed the visa (within the UK) before the previous one expired and have resided continuously within the UK. Due to varied processing times, the issue dates of some new BRPs are after the expiry dates of the old ones — e.g., 04-Oct-2021 vs 21-Sep-2021.

I would be grateful for any feedback on the following:
- Can Tier 2 (General) time be combined with Skilled Worker visa time for ILR?
- Is the gap in the BRP issue date a concern?
