Can child apply ILR with 10 year route alone?

Hello,
My daughter came to UK with us in 2016 as PBS dependant to my husband, who was holding an ICT visa at that time. In 2019, I have got tier2 general visa, and my daughter became depedent to me. I will be able to apply for ILR in end of Aug 2024, while my husband cannot, because he was away from UK for longer than 180 days during the COVID period, and only restarted his continous stay as my dependant since 2023. However, my daughter has been staying with me all the time, holding PBS dependent visa.
I understand that my daughter will not be able to apply for ILR this year since her father is not yet eligible. But I would like to know if she will be eligible for 10 year route ILR in 2026 on her own? - She will be 12 years old by then, still not adult. Is there any age restriction on 10 year route ILR application please?

Yes, she can apply. Under the long residence route, individuals will apply for ILR in their own right and must qualify independently. Hence the immigration status of the parents is not relevant
