When to apply for ILR LR??

Hello forum, please I need help with my ILR app. I’m not sure what date to put in the application.
This is my timeline
Issued spouse visa on 20/08/2014 valid till 20/05/2017
Arrived uk 26/09/2014
Renewed visa, denied and was placed on section 3c whilst appeal in progress.
Appeal granted spouse flrm 11/01/2019 valid till 11/07/2021
Marriage broke down Oct 2019
Switch to parent visa issued 03/04/2020
Renewed parent visa issued -11/05/2023
What date can I apply for ILR ? I’m not sure when in September. Would that be 28 days before 26/09/2024
