Spouse Visa Biometrics appointment

Hi
I recently submitted my spouse's visa application online (Resides in Pakistan) and was directed to the vfs website to book an appointment for biometrics. I have made multiple attempts on the website but am unable to book an appointment in Lahore or Islamabad as it shows all appointments in the upcoming 2 months to be unavailable.

Can anyone provide assistance in this regard? How do I secure an appointment in the coming month?
