Can I claim Benefits on my Back Pain conditons

Post by robin131313 » Mon Dec 16, 2024 6:44 pm

Hello Lovely People,

I looked for similar thread to see if I can get some guidance.

Basically, I am British citizen and wife is on ILR, Son is British too who is 8 years old.

Me and wife both use to work full time past 10 years till Sep 2023 last year. We paid high end taxes like £1200 every month from our salary over 10 years.

I have a serious back pain issue and I had to stop working. I started my own business, working for home since I lost my job but its not doing good and hardly can take a salary of £950 each month.

I am taking physio treatment on regular basis. Now my question is can I claim some kind of benefits in terms of not able to work due to my medical conditions. After payment mortgage of £2200 plus utility, there is hardly any left with us.

Please help my guys, I am not a person after benefits at all but my conditions has brought me on knees.
