Financial Requirement for Fiance Visa

Hi,

I want to know if my Fiance qualifies to sponsor me based on his employment income.
1) He has been employed by the same company for more than a year now but the salary that he started getting 4 months ago qualifies him to meet the minimum level if we were to apply on its basis in Category A.
2) We are applying under category B so his income for the past 12 months adds up to meet the minimum required amount.

My concern is that in the past 12 months he held another job, briefly, for 5 months only. We meet the threshold if that employment income is added as well (meaning current + 5 months payslips of the brief job). If not, then we need to wait 2 more months to come under category A.

Lol, I guess I forgot to ask the question. Can I apply under category B with two jobs which when combined for the past 12 months exceed the minimum requirements of 29k?
(Also, we pass Test 1 of Category B, that is, my Fiance currently earns an annual income above the threshold)
