ILR Application for Wife

Hi, my wife has been in the Uk with me for nearly two yrs now, and her current 2 yr spuse visa expires at the end of this month, i have all the doumentation required and have filled out form SET(M).

I would just like some advice on how i should present and order the application including all the relating documents. i have the folowing documents:

Form SET(M)
My Passport
Wife passport
My UK birth certificate
Our daughters UK birth certificate
Wife 2 photos
my 1 photo
Life in Uk certificate
Marriage Cerificate
Letter from my employer
1 yr bank statements
1 yr wage slips
House authority letter from my Mother
20 letters on wifes name
20 letters on my name

I would appreciate it if anybody could advise me how to present the application e.g dividers, folders etc, and also if i should include anything else.
