what are list of Naric database University

I am from Nepal and wants to apply ofr hsmp visa. for that while filling form we are bit confused in part 3.2. as There is asked whether applicant qualification is under uk naric data base or not.

I did did Msc in structural eng from Tribhuban Univeristy, Nepal and I need at least 35 points from qualification to apply Hsmp.

Is Tribhuban Univeristy master degree is equvalent to uk master degree or bachelor degree and if yes then Do I need to tick in uk naric data base in part 3.2 in HSMP form.

do i need naric letter too?

My Bachelor degree ( 4 Year) is from madras university. Can I get 10 points for english language from that ?
