EC from Islamabad Pakistan HSMP Transitional

HSMP approval Letter:- Dated 2nd Sept 2008
Applied for EC from Islamabad Pakistan:- 20th Jan 2009
Status on Website:- Your application has been forwarded to Islamabad OC on 20th Jan 2009
Verification call to HR:- 27th Jan 2009
Status Changed on website :- 13th Feb 2009, Your application is ready for collection

There was no call from the VAC but I went there same day to collect my passport. Tier1 General Visa stamped for 3 years from 3rd Feb 2009 to 3rd Feb 2012.

Is there any deadline to enter the UK after Visa is stamped or you can go at will?
