My husband is from new zealand. We got married and applied for a spousal visa. We have been told the 'case is awaiting further consideration' since Feb. last year. We have seen our M.P twice to no avail.
Please does anyone know what we can do? We are getting desperate. No-one will help us. My husband doesn't have his passport or documents he needs for work. We cannot go on holiday, get a mortgage etc. It's a nightmare.
We have been waiting since 9 Nov. 2007!!!!
Any ideas would be gratefully received.
