uk standard visitor visa

Hello Seniors,

I am creating a standard visa application form for my parents. I am unable to create 2 different applications under my same ukvi account so that they can link them together. This is because my mother has no income or savings- so my fathers bank statements will have to be used by UKVI for my mother too

can someone help. OR is it that we can only link at the visa center when they go for biometrics?
