Persistent Error Submitting OCI Application

I would like help using OCI Miscellaneous Services to update my daughter's passport as they have received new UK passport (the old passports expired).

I have managed to successfully submit application for myself and my wife but get an error submitting applications for my children.

I am using the "Passport Particulars Updation" option and able to fill the first page i.e. "Registration Form" but get the following error on clicking "Save and Continue" option.

"Error"
Technical Error
Please try after some time

And logs me out. I have been trying this for over a week now. Same issue for both children. I have emailed them a couple of times but no response. We are planning to go to India in about couple of months. Can some one help please.

The problem is one of my child has turned 20, so will need Paid - Passport particulars updation and will be issued a new OCI card. Not sure this will create immigration problem.

I am also facing same problem since 1 week. What needs to be done in this case and fix problem. CGI Munich have no response to this
