CARE WORKER VISA RENEWAL APPLICATION HELP

Hi, I am about to renew my healthcare worker visa and I question regarding accommodation.
I live with my partner who pays the rent in her name even though I chip in some money to help with the rent. The property we live in is rented from an estate agent and it's her name that is on the tenancy agreement papers. During my application, there's a question about whether I'm renting, own the property or 'other'. If choose I'm renting, wont the immigration caseworker ask for further details of proof of accommodation such as tenancy agreement papers?

Can I choose 'Other' and explain that I live with my partner who pays the rent, in which case I won't have to proof any evidence of accommodation with tenancy agreement papers?

You still live in a rented accommodation, it doesn't matter your partner or someone else is in the tenancy agreement or pays the rent. Ultimately a tenancy agreement is not required for a worker visa extension.
