Members are not permitted to post names and details of solicitors. Please do not ask for much information, it will be removed. You were advised of this when ypu asked in 2022.

How old is your mother?

Where does she live or what is her nationality?

What other family are in her country?

Any medical conditions?

Does she requires help to dress, cook, bath etc and is there no help availability in her home country?

Be aware that if you choose to apply and it is refused, it shuts the door to any future visitor visas for her. You were already advised of this when you asked in 2020.

None of the rules have changed for this visa category and the success rate is incredibly low.
