Spouse Visa Renewal – Decision Delay

Pls kindly advise.

I applied for a visa renewal on November 16, 2024, switching to the 5-year family route through marriage to my British spouse. This decision timeline is between 8weeks and 12months. However, I have not received any response from the Home Office to date. How can I contact the Home Office for an update, or what can I do now, as I need to attend my in-laws' wedding ceremony in Africa?
