Indefinite Leave to Remain Document Check Help

Hello all,

We are currently in the process of submitting my wifes ILR application and I would be extremely grateful if I could get some advice on if we have all our documents as required.

Her visa will be expiring in March and she’s been in the country for 5 years this month, 23rd to be exact.

I’ve noted the documents we will be submitting below, any comments will be greatly appreciated.

Current BRP
Cover letter

Proof of Finances
6 months of payslips July - December
6 months of bank statements (where my salary is being paid to)
Letter from employer with the below info (Signed)
Confirmation of employment

Proof of Property
Title deed with both names on
July 2025 Mortgage Statement

Evidence of Living Together
August 2023 – Gas & Electricity Bill (joint)
January 2024 – Council Tax bill (joint)
July 2024 – Mortgage Statement (joint)
December 2024 - Gas & Electricity Bill (joint)
February 2025 – Water Bill (joint)
March 2025 - Council Tax bill (joint)
August 2025 – Water Bill (joint)

List of Absence from UK over 2 weeks or longer

Knowledge of English
Life in the UK Test pass number included in application
British University degree and transcript of study (used in initial spouse visa applications)

Letter of support (I’m not sure if this is required)

Documents supporting any other reason to stay in the UK

Daughters Disability Living Allowance Letter Confirmation

I have dual citizenship. Do I need to submit my other nationality passport? If so, does it matter if it has expired?

I have not included photographs as I have noted from others that it is not required.

Any advice will be much appreciated.

The document list looks all fine. Your second nationality is irrelevant.
You do NOT need to provide evidence for supporting other reason to stay in the UK (you probably mistakenly answered YES to this question on the form, minor issue, so ignore it)

Thanks for your response much appreciated. I marked yes in that section as I assumed they would need to know that I am receiving DLA on behalf of my daughter.
