UK Tier 1 dependant application question

My wife have a Tier 1 VISA and am now residing in UK. I am also residing in UK and but have a Working HolidayMaker VISA that will expire July 2009.

I am planning to apply for a T1 dependant's VISA under my wife's T1 VISA, but am unsure how to proceed.

Will my wife need to go back to the home country with me to apply my T1 dependant VISA? Or can I go back alone to apply?

hi, i beleive you should be able to apply while you are here, just expalin your situation in a covering letter. Neither of you should go back for this application .....

For WHM to dependent you need to apply from your home country (Unless the rules have changed in last 3 months).
