Hi am new to this forum so please bear with me if I get this wrong or if I have posted in the wrong location
So I will explain a little background details
I was married to my first wife who was from Pakistan I called her over to the UK on a spouse visa all was well until 10 years later and we got divorced through UK sunni council, after this I met someone else in morroco and after getting to no eachother decided to get married, so we went through all the process of morroco which is very hard and obtained all paperwork, even the British embassy accepted my sunni council divorce and gave me a go ahead to marry, so we thought all good and got married, I came back to the UK and started working and getting all the paperwork ready to submit for a spouse visa, and that's when we were informed that a spouse visa will be refused as in the UK I was already married to my first wife because I didn't divorce through the UK courts so we didn't continue with the spouse visa application, so I started the process of divorce from the first wife in the UK now I have finally got the divorce final order which means I am divorced and single, I cannot apply for spouse visa for my wife from morroco because our marriage happen before my divorce from first wife, so the question is should I apply for fiance visa and what chance of success do we have, has it happen like this before and what steps were taken
Thanks all in advance
