A bit more background would help us advise you better.

What visa did she enter the UK on? What visa is she on? Did she give a language test at the time of entering the UK? Which renewal (first/second, etc) is this?

Hi,

She entered on spouse visa May 2021 (i am british- we have two british kids), about 10 months before her first renewal in 2024 i lost my job and was working for agencies and my income was gone down so on renewal case worker decided to change her route to 10yrs and was granted another 30 months visa. now next month her second renewal is due hence i asked this question if she is on 10yr route then do we need to do english languge test which she did when we renewed first time.

Your wife will needs a recognised English qualification with at least level B1 in speaking and listening
or a degree taught or researched in English
+ The Life in the UK test
