Defecto visa for my partner

I am married with a son we all are PR of australia. for a year+ the relationship between my wife and myself is not good, and she left australia to her native country one year back. during this time i have developed a relationship with a girl in newzealand who is a student in newzealand. (she is not a resident and citizen of newzealand.)

I want to bring her to australia pls adivce me the possible ways to bring her legally.

I was thinking to bring her on a student visa with 2 or 3 years course and apply her in defecto visa. pls advice me what are the condition to apply for defecto visa or any other possible ways to bring her to australia.
