Folks,

Firstly sorry if this post is in the wrong place, couldn't find a better place to inform about this to the skilled and highly skilled. Also non-Indian nationals, please excuse me as this is more pertinent for the Indian Nationals. But on the broader context, the issue of embracing skilled and highly skilled by France is evident from this article.
