Currently I am residing at a different address from the address listed in my passport. So while filling this section :

4.1 : Your full residential address & postal code
Here do I provide my current address (with contact #s) here ? I mean the address on my passport.


4.5 Contact details if different from above

What should i enter here ?

4.1 - This address need not be the same as the passport address, as far as I know. However, seniors can comment.

4.5 - If you want the HO/BHC to send the correspondence to a different address than the address in 4.1 - you can provide here.

If I were you, I would provide my passport address in 4.1 and provide the current address in 4.5 as communication address.

4.1 This is fine. Address need not to be the same. You can provide different correspondence address in your application form.

Current Address: This should always be the current address irrespective of your passport.

Even I have different permanent address in my passport. But I moved to a different address after I applied for passport and didn;t updated passport after that.
