Timeline for Tier1 (General) -VFS Delhi

Guys - Please share your comments regarding the status of your application and the time taken at VFS Delhi.

My status is:
Applied On: 19th March 09 for Tier1 General in VFS Delhi.
Status As on 30th March 09: Your visa application has been forwarded to the British High Commission

I applied 12th March from Mumbai still no news.

I have seen so many applicants from Delhi getting their visa within two weeks on this forum.

Its not like that... but i am still not sure... how does it usually takes bcoz some people r getting their passports so early and some have to wait really long ... but best of luck buddy .. we are sailing in the same boat...

Congrats on your stamping.

My situation is getting worse. I think Delhi applicants are getting application done quickly. I havn't got any news yet and worse part is that I've come from UK to apply and my job is under threat now as it is taking so much time.

But I have no other option other than wait as I haven't got master's degree so not qualifying under the new rules.

I have applied on 03rd March 2009 from VFS Bangalore, but still the status in pending.

Chennai BHC is very slow compared to other BHCs.. Lot of south indian applicants are waitings who are applied in early march
