Wait time after Tier 1 Approval

Wait time after Tier 1 Approval

Hi Guys

I have a simple query. After getting an approved Tier 1 Visa for the principal and his dependent applicant, how long can the candidates stay outside UK till they enter UK to use the Tier 1 visa for the first time. I have read at a random website that it is approximately 90 days. Please correct me if I am wrong.

90days thing is for ILR..

if ur question is just abt entry after visa approval means... you can enter anytime before expiry but if it is too late you shd have a valid reason handy incase the immigrantion officer questions you..

I have another question. If I get the tier 1 visa approved would my H1 B US visa be revoked the day I enter UK for the first time ?

Your H1 B US is governed by conditions of H1 B, Tier-1 has nothing to do with it.
