hsmp ILR ..will dependents have to give LIUK test?

Post by Greenback2 » Thu Apr 16, 2009 2:45 pm

i had a question regarding the Life in the UK test. well, if HO does waive the the LIUK test for those applying for the ILR and covered by the judgement does that mean that their Dependents will also be given ILr WITHOUT giving the ILR test?
I mean, the rules that apply to the main applicant should also be applicable to the dependent..right?

As per my knowledge Dependants Children under 16 are not required to take Life in the UK test. Adult dependants are required to pass LIUK test.

Check on UKBA website for the latest info.
