i made a fresh asylum claim in december 2008 at the same i applied for nass support section 4 then i was accepted. In April i was asked to send photos for me and my family and then 2 weeks later they asked for my daughters birth certificate and proof that i am still with my wife which we provided. I noticed that my case was being handled in liverpool with team 11.On the 4th of June 2009 i got a call from a gentleman from british redcross who assisted me with my nass application congratulating me that i have been granted ILR and that nass was going to terminate its support on the 18th of June 2009. I called my solicitor from IAS who said they had not received any paperwork. I called the liverpool office and gave my details the gentleman said yes i have been granted ILR and i should be getting the documents within a week. On monday the 8th of june the agency responsible for the accomodation gave me a copy from nass a notice to vacate the house on the 18th yet i still had not received my paperwork. My solicitor called the H/O complaining then the nass had to change the date to another one because apparently my papers were still in the system. My solicitor also confirmed i had been granted ILR but not documents have been recieved. Whats really going on according to the sources my case was decision was made on the 27th of May, why does it take so long to get the documents, paperwork and how come nass assumed i they from liverpool had sent out the documents. At the moment i am still waiting , if i call im told its still with the case worker, i know the case worker coz he has written to me requesting evidence. what should ido
