hi there,
please i have just got my ILR under Judicial Review and did not show any Life in Uk test and english knoledge etc but enquiring about the test for Naturalization either we are suppose to show life in UK and english knowledge for Naturalization or not, because it was clearly written in websiteUKBA that because it was not in terms and condition when we got HSMP so there was no need to show Life in UK for ILR so it must be same for Naturalzation wouldn't it.

.... for HSMP JR to get ILR it is not required but naturalisation has its own requirement and I do not think the JR covers that. What have you got to loose though, the test cost £33 and studying the material between 2-4hours is enough to pass it. Why not just sit for it and pass and safe yourself the stress of speculating?

KOL is required for naturalisation, even before it was required for ILR.
