meet in park..

meet in park..

Hi,
when we had a casual meet in park, we were having beer in park..we were not aware that it is non-alcholic zone.. a community support officer took our name and other details and advised us not to have anything like that... he didn't put spot fine.. but took only the deatils and advised us..
When i am due to submit the application for Tier1 extension, do i need to mention this..

Don't think it is required. It is not a conviction. Also not sure if community support officers have power to issue arrest or convictions.
