HSMP(Tier 1) extension denied

home office has dismissed my appeal as well as i was unable to maintain funds on a few occasions in one of the 3 month period....i have now appealed in the administrative court of appeal.....could someone please advise on this???

what you have done is asked for reconsideration..so another immigration judge will look in to the matter and check for any error of law only made by the previous judge. SO make sure you point these out.

Also provide evidance against the reason you were denied visa. If it is maintenance funds, try to provide evidences like your other bank account statement where you have maintained some money....

also just to add, you can show account from your home country as well. so if you can manage to show the fund that was short, in your home country, on that specific 3 months, it will work. good luck.
