extension of leave to remain as tier 2 dependent - documents

Hi all,

my wife is about to apply for her extension of leave to remain as tier 2 dependent, together with me as main applicant for tier 2. I wonder what kinds of evidence do we need to provide for the purpose of proof of relationship?

Previously when she first obtained her entry clearance, the UKBA required:
marriage certificate
evidence of geniune relationship:
- proof of address we live together in the past months
- telehpone bills showing we have regular contact
- pictures/photos showing we are together

This time she applies for an extension, althougth I do not see anywhere in the guidance requiring these documents, I want to ask and make sure if we still need to provide these?
