My mother apply for family visit visa.But her application has refused.And they give us right to appeal.
Would you please tell me where i can find a honest and good solicator in London. Because some of solicator change me huge money.

What was the reason for the refusal?

reason was not showing the strong ties to back home.they were sure she will come back to home country.

Do you have proof to the contrary? Property in home country. Relatives. Employment/business activities, etc... She needs to provide proof of this.

Yes , but all on my father name. My mother is house wife.
