Can a licensed sponsor appoint more than 1 rep?

Post by The Station Agent » Tue Jul 28, 2009 5:57 pm

Hi folks - just wondered. A client of ours uses us for advice on Tier 5 stuff and wants to use another company for advice / representation on some Tier 2 stuff. We rep about 45 companies but this is the first time I have come across this. Does anyone know if this is possible or will UKBA assume that this other rep is replacing us?

Is it even possible in the SMS to have more than 1 rep?

I am also a registered User for this client as well as being their rep. They want to retain us for administration of their level 5 certs.

Thank you very much for your time.

UKBA have told me that a licensed sponsor can have more than 1 rep appointed to administer its certificates etc. So that's the answer.
