yes, I am fulltime employee in a company and also do private tuitions.

contractor means labour , self employed means again labour - low jobs

In my opinion you should treat yourself as a salaried employee. Do you pay tax on your other income?

You should pay taxes on such income. Is it absolutely critical for you to include the additional income in your total earnings? What supporting evidence you have for the additional earnings?

that's my question, either I fall in contractor or self employed category and what is difference b/w them.
