1- What does dividend vouchers mean? In Limited company snario when just taking dividends from company.

2- When taking dividends from own ltd company, Shall i take money in the form of cash, bank transfer or cheque and deposit/transfer into my personal bank account.

3- How much Dividends can i take out in a month if earnings are 1500 in a month?

4- Can i pay Company land line bill, pay monthly mobile bill, Broadband Bill, Car Petroll, stationary etc through business bank account?

1. Dividend vouchers are similar to payslips but for dividends. These voucher contain information e.g. gross dividend,net dividend, payment period etc.
2.You can take any way you want. But to use it for Visa purpose, ALWAYS transfer from your Business Account to Personal Account.
3.That is entirely upto you. After deducting all business cost, you can take as much as you want(provided you are keeping enough money to pay taxes etc. annually)
4.Phone Bill,Broadband can be reimbursed from you company if you are using landline/mobile/broadband to do business. Mileage and Stationary can also be paid from Business Account.
