Reference letter

Some one told us for HSMP application we need 3 pages reference letter to submit Home office. How is it possible in multinational companies?.

Hi Robbie,

The HO gave me 25 points for work experience and the ref letters were not complicated at all, rather simple I would say. So I do not think that the number of pages matters. In my opinion what they think is imporant if it is graduate level work and if it can be easily verified.
