Questions regarding biometric details and payslips stamp

Hi,

I am applying for "Tier 1 General Migrant" visa for myself and for my wife (dependant) from USA. The "UK Border Agency" wesbsite states that the payslips must be stamped and signed by my employer. My question is or the question that my employer asked me is:

"What information should the stamp contain?"

I filled out my application (Tier 1 General Migrant) online but in the drop down I didn't see "Tier 1 General Migrant Dependant" application or anything that implies that.

"Does this mean that I fill out my wife's application (VAF10) on paper" ?
If so how do I get "Biometric Appointment" for her as I got mine while filling out the online application."

Similarly , I paid my application fees while filling out the application online.

"So where should I pay the fees for my wife?"

The issue is the online application form must be filled up first, then the appointment for biometric is given along with the payment. Since I don't see an online application for my wife I am not sure how to get biometric appointment for her and where to pay the fees for her?

Hi,

I did find drop down where it says "Tier 1 General partner". Is that the one I am supposed to fill out for my wife?
