Please ensure that your bank statement is dated after 30th August 2009 for the maintenance funds.

You should also include a copy of your wife's passport with the visa as additional confirmation of your dependant status.
Please do not send me any Private Messages as I do not check these.

Well since you are applying on your own you need to fill in the normal Tier 1 form along with the VAF form that is needed for applications from outside the UK.

As for the letter from your wife's University, there is no requirement, I'm not sure if you need to attach a copy of your wife's passport (to prove that she was also in the country at the same time as you). Maybe someone who has had experience of such a situation can advise.

Thanks cheshiregoan for your reply.

One more thing...To get UK experience points, Do i have to get a letter from the UK University that i have studied showing name, Start time and Finish time of Degree and total lengh of the course? I have Original Degree and it shows my name, course title and the time when degree was achieved. However it doesn't show the year when this course was started and how long it took? I also going to submit my transcripts. I got degree in Jul2005 and started this course in Sep03.

Or should i claim Points for previous earning in the UK as i gonna submit my payslips and bank statement.
