Court order for child custody- My friend needs advice

Need help for one of my friends here in London.

I happened meet this lady ,who is my neighbour in here . I came to know that she has applied for Australian visa and got a CO recently.
She is from Indian origin, currently in the UK( I suppose since a year). She is an unwed mother of her girl child and now she is re-married and couple along with the child have applied for the visa.

The issue here is :
Case Officer has requested her to send Court order of her child’s custody.
The words from the CO goes like this
“ Court order to secure full custody rights under Hindu Adoptions and Maintenance Act. The process may include public notification of the summons for the father and then an ex-parte decision in favour of the motherâ€
