Is there new form for Tier 1 Initial application from India?

Is there new form for Tier 1 Initial application from India from 1st Oct? I heard in forum people talking about new form starting 1st Oct. I am referring to applicant outside UK and within india.

As of right now it seems the old forms are valid.
