Spouse visa - UK visit visa refusals

Looking through posts and sitting here with my husband chatting about various visa topics, we would like a question answered...

My husbands 2 visa refusals, are these taken into an account when applying for a spouse visa?

Surely if they look into this they will then see my husband has a 10 year ban imposed on him???

Why did your husband get a travel ban for 10Yrs? When you make a spouse visa application, u need to state that you were refused visit visa and give reasons. However it all depends on the reasons of refusals. Spouse visa is assessed different and they will only look at the sponsors circumstances. I applied for visit visa four times and was denied but was granted spouse visa. However i used a credible immigration consultant who prepared my application. If you re visiting your spouse chances are lower now that you will be granted a visa because they believe you will never return.
