BEING ASKED FOR 4 PHOTOGRAPHS WITH LEGACY LETTER.

i recieved a letter from home office that they are treating my case as a legacy backlog case. the did not send me any questionnaire with it all they are asking for 4 photographs of me and my dependents with some identity document such as passport or birthcertificates wich already they have. i was wondering if someone had recived any thing similiar and can tell me what is gonna happen next. thank you.[/b]

Hey ansaannam, im thinking the same thing as you, even though i recieved a questionnaire which was a method of entry questionnaire. i want to know what this means too. my solicitor told me it means they are actively looking at my case, i also phoned another solicitor which i was going to change to and pay privately instead of using legal aid, and she said it means its nearing the end of my case; maybe this also means that they are actively looking at your case too.
