POLICY GUIDANCE: TIER-4 APPLICATION !!!

Folks!
Do any of you have the old version of the Tier-4 Policy Guidance Notes.....

I meant the one that preceded this current one issued (Oct., 5 /09)....
I would be very much grateful if any of you have in possession the old version...
I believe this old version was issued sometime between June/July but am not too sure...
it obvious it's not on the UKBA website cuz its been replaced by the newer version though.

I really need this old version to substantiate a case ...
and I would grateful if am lucky to have you have it stored on your PC/data storage device,
could you please forward me this as an attached file?

it was indeed issued sometime in june till 30 sep i guess as i have been refused a tier 4 visa under the new rule which imposed after 1 oct . i need to have it as well for my appeal as i just needed to show the living expense beacuse of completed a hnd course from the same university that the only point i need to prove but for that i need that tier 4 guidance i am looking for it so , if i find it first i will giv ya ..
