Fee Payment Missed - visa extension Tier 1 General

Post by marahman3001 » Sun Dec 06, 2009 12:49 pm

I sent my application for HSMP extension on the day of my visa expires (30 Nov 2009).
Due to some reason bank rejects the payment to Home Office.
I got a call from bank about this and i sorted out the reason and if the HO try again to get payment from bank, this time bank will pass through they said.

When i contacted my bank even after 4 days (5th Dec) No payment deducted from my bank account.
I received a letter (dated 2nd Dec) on 5th Dec that application received and Do not send any documents until the case worker requested to do so. Still no payment gone to HO on 5 Dec.

In hurry, I missed to send along with the application the following:
1. bank statement showing the last dividend made on the day of my application. But I sent all the invoices. The bank statements I sent do no reflect the last 2 transactions I claimed.
2. I missed to write the amounts wish to claim on pages 51, 53, 56 on the application in hurry
3. I received the payment from my client late (after 2 days of my visa expires) into my business account even though he paid me on time. Due to different bank transfer.

Please suggest. Many thanks

You are likely to get your application back, unassessed due to the missed fee payment

1- Did you contact HO by email or phone?
2- Did you ask your bank again if the transfer has been made or not?

Better give HO a call tomorrow morning at 0870 606 7766 or send them an email at UKBApublicenquiries@ukba.gsi.gov.uk. If you contact them by an email and they reply to your querry, you can use it as reference, in case something goes wrong with your futrue process.

Yes you can use your Application Reference Letter in the Email query for them to check your docs and get back to you..
