Spouse in Tier1

Spouse in Tier1

My spouse is already in Tier1. Now now applying independently for Tier1 visa. Do I need to mention my spouse's employment details?

Also currently he is staying in a shared accomodation. Just for getting the Visa can I do a hotel booking temporarily?

Why do you think that you need to apply for Tier 1, while you can do as a dependant?
Are you an In-Country applicant or Outside the UK?

No, if you fill in Tier 1 (General) main application form. But there will be an option to list the dependants

Good Idea, as this would save you lot of documentation stuff from your spouse
