I want to apply for UK Hsmp Visa next year June.
But I may change company by January.

Can you please tell me What are all documents I need to get from present company so that I will not have problem in future ?
Like payslips....

Payslips.. and check the NET amount in the payslips matching exactly in the bankstatements IF NOT get a letter from the employer if there is any conspirency of difference in the NET amounts.. that should be fine..
